Rice Krispies Recipe

Ingredients: 12 servings recipe

  • 3 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 pkg.(10-1/2 oz.) JET-PUFFED Miniature Marshmallows
  • 6 cups of Kellogg’s Rice Krispies cereal

Directions:

  1. Melt butter in a medium pot on low heat. Add marshmallows and cook until marshmallows are completely melted and mixture is well blended, stir constantly. Remove from heat.
  2. Add cereal; mix well.
  3. Press onto bottom of 13×9-inch pan sprayed with cooking spray. Cool completely.

Peanut Butter Cookies

Peanut Butter Cookies

What’s better than eating Peanut Butter Cookies and drinking milk. Anybody who loves peanut butter should try this recipe and bake a pack and share with everyone and enjoy this delicious cookie.

Ingredients: Recipe for 4 dozen.

  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup crunchy peanut butter
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda 

Directions:

  1. Cream together butter, peanut butter and sugars. Beat in eggs.
  2. In a separate bowl, sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Stir into batter. Put batter in refrigerator for 1 hour.
  3. Roll into 1 inch balls and put on baking sheets. Flatten each ball with a fork, making a criss-cross pattern. Bake in a preheated 375 degrees F oven for about 10 minutes or until cookies begin to brown. Do not over-bake.

Lemon Crinkle Cookies

Lemon Crinkle Cookies

  • Prep Time: 20 min
  • Cook Time: 10 min
  • Total Time: 30 min
Ingredients: Recipe for 2 dozens.

  • ½ cups Butter, Softened
  • 1 cup Granulated Sugar
  • ½ teaspoons Vanilla Extract
  • 1 whole Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon Zest
  • 1 Tablespoon Fresh Lemon Juice
  • ¼ teaspoons Salt
  • ¼ teaspoons Baking Powder
  • ⅛ teaspoons Baking Soda
  • 1-½ cup All-purpose Flour
  • ½ cups Powdered Sugar

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease light colored baking sheets with non stick cooking spray and set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar together until light and fluffy. Whip in vanilla, egg, lemon zest and juice. Scrape sides and mix again. Stir in all dry ingredients slowly until just combined, excluding the powdered sugar. Scrape sides of bowl and mix again briefly. Pour powdered sugar onto a large plate. Roll a heaping teaspoon of dough into a ball and roll in powdered sugar. Place on baking sheet and repeat with remaining dough.
  3. Bake for 9-11 minutes or until bottoms begin to barely brown and cookies look matte {not melty or shiny}. Remove from oven and cool cookies about 3 minutes before transferring to cooling rack.

Fudgy Brownies

What should I make for dessert today that is fudgy and chocolatey? I got it let’s make the all tine favorite for children and adults Fudgy Brownies. There is a video recipe of how to make the brownies at the bottom of the page.

Ingredients: Recipe for 8 servings.

  • 5 ounces of Unsalted Butter, at room temperature
  • 7 ounces of Bittersweet Chocolate, melted
  • 1 Cup of Sugar
  • 2 tsp of Vanilla Extract
  • ¼ tsp of Salt
  • 1 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 2 Tbsp of warm Water
  • 1 tsp of Instant Espresso Powder
  • 2/3 Cup of All Purpose Flour

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350. Spray an 8 by 8 inch square pan with non stick cooking spray and lay the bottom with parchment paper. Set aside.
  2. In a small cup mix together the warm water with the instant espresso powder, set aside.
  3. In a large bowl whisk together the sugar and butter until fluffy. Add the eggs, vanilla extract and espresso mixture. Beat until all is combined.
  4. Add the melted chocolate and whisk, add the dry ingredients and mix everything together until it’s incorporated but don’t over mix.
  5. Pour batter into your prepared pan and bake for about 40 to 45 minutes or until when a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out with moist crumbs but not wet batter.
  6. Cool for about 5 minutes in the pan and then transfer them to a cooling rack to cool completely.

  • COOK Time 10 mins
  • READY IN 1 hr
Ingredients: Recipe for 4 dozens of cookies.

  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 teaspoons hot water
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. Cream together the butter, white sugar, and brown sugar until smooth. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla. Dissolve baking soda in hot water. Add to batter along with salt. Stir in flour, chocolate chips, and nuts. Drop by large spoonfuls onto ungreased pans.
  3. Bake for about 10 minutes in the preheated oven, or until edges are nicely browned.

Brownies
Ingredients: Recipe for 16 brownies.

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
    Frosting:
  • 3 tablespoons butter, softened
  • 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup confectioners’ sugar

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour an 8-inch square pan.
  2. In a large saucepan, melt 1/2 cup butter. Remove from heat, and stir in sugar, eggs, and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Beat in 1/3 cup cocoa, 1/2 cup flour, salt, and baking powder. Spread batter into prepared pan.
  3. Bake in preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes. Do not overcook.
  4. To Make Frosting: Combine 3 tablespoons softened butter, 3 tablespoons cocoa, honey, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, and 1 cup confectioners’ sugar. Stir until smooth. Frost brownies while they are still warm.

Vanilla Cupcake Recipe

Vanilla Cupcake RecipeCupcake! Here I come!!!

Ingredients: Good for 12 cupcakes or 9×9 inch pan.

  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 3/4 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 cup milk 

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9×9 inch pan or line a muffin pan with paper liners.
  2. In a big bowl, mix the sugar and butter thoroughly until creamed up. Beat in the eggs, one at a time, then stir in the vanilla. Combine flour and baking powder, add to the creamed mixture and mix well. Finally stir in the milk until batter is smooth. Pour or scoop batter into the prepared pan.
  3. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes in the preheated oven. For cupcakes, bake 20 to 25 minutes. Cake is done when it springs back to the touch.

Simple Cheesecake

Don’t want to make a mess making a cheesecake! This is just the right recipe for you because in just three easy steps your cheesecake is done.

  • Prep Time: 10 min
  • Bake Time: 40 min
  • Total Time: 4 hr 20 min (including cooling and refrigeration)
Ingredients: Recipe good for 8 servings.

  • 2 pkg. (8 oz. each) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 2  eggs
  • 1  ready-to-use graham cracker crumb crust (6 oz.)

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F
  2. Beat the cream cheese, sugar and vanilla with an electric mixer until well blended.  Then add eggs and beat just until blended.
  3. Then poor the mix into the crust and bake for 40 min or until center is almost set. Cool and then refrigerate for 3 hours.

Lemon Cheesecake Recipe

Lemon Cheesecake Recipe

  • Prep: 20 min
  • Total time: 6 hr 

Ingredients: Recipe for 16 servings.

  • 2 cups  graham cracker crumbs
  • 1-1/4 cups  sugar, divided
  • 6 Tbsp.  butter, melted
  • 4 pkg.  (8 oz. each) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 cup  BREAKSTONE’S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
  •  zest and juice from 1 lemon
  • 4  eggs

Directions:

  1. HEAT oven to 325°F.
  2. MIX crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar and butter. Reserve 1/4 cup crumb mixture; press remaining onto bottom of 13×9-inch pan.
  3. BEAT cream cheese and remaining sugar in large bowl with mixer until blended. Add sour cream, zest and juice; mix well. Add egg whites, 1 at a time, mixing on low after each just until blended. Pour over crust; top with reserved crumb mixture.
  4. BAKE 40 min. or until center is almost set. Cool completely. Refrigerate 4 hours.

Japanese Cheesecake

Japanese CheesecakeIngredients:

  • 140g/5 oz. fine granulated sugar
  • 6 egg whites
  • 6 egg yolks
  • 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
  • 50g/2 oz. unsalted butter
  • 250g/9 oz. cream cheese
  • 100 ml/3 fluid oz. fresh milk
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 60g/2 oz. cake flour /all-purpose flour
  • 20g/1 oz. cornflour (cornstarch)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Directions:

  1. Melt cream cheese, butter and milk over a double boiler. Cool the mixture. Fold in the flour, the cornflour, salt, egg yolks, lemon juice and mix well.
  2. Make the meringue by whisking egg whites with cream of tartar until foamy. You can beat with a stand mixer or handheld mixer. Add in the sugar and whisk until soft peaks form.
  3. Take 1/3 meringue and fold into the cheese mixture, then fold in another 1/3 of meringue. After incorporated, pour the batter back to the remaining 1/3 meringue and fold. FOLD GENTLY. Pour the mixture into a 8-inch round cake pan (lightly grease and line the bottom and sides of the pan with grease-proof baking paper or parchment paper).
  4. Bake cheesecake in a water bath for 1 hours 10 minutes or until set and golden brown at 160 degrees C (325 degrees F).
